Practical use cases and tips

• Evening entertaining: Start with warm amber hues to create an intimate atmosphere, then shift to brighter cool tones as the party progresses.
• Relaxation and reading: Use a subtler daylight tone to illuminate comfortable outdoor seating without glare.
• Poolside gatherings: Maximize airflow with the fan on high while cycling through vibrant lighting to energize the space.
• Year-round comfort: In covered outdoor areas, the fan keeps air moving on hot nights and complements seasonal lighting changes for year-round usability.

What you gain vs. a traditional outdoor setup

The Makenna combines a high-capacity 60-inch fan with an integrated LED light kit that supports color-changing ambiance, all controlled via a remote. This means fewer devices to install, fewer cords to manage, and a cleaner, more cohesive look compared to separate fans and lighting rigs. You get a quieter, more energy-efficient operation and a streamlined outdoor space that adapts to any mood or occasion.
